Yea, I own 3 Mr-4 consoles and have never seen one.
But I've talked to Harrison about them.
My understanding was that they filtered out High Freqs (Radio, Ham, Shortwave) from entering the mic pre stage.
If your studio was next to a radio station antenna, Ham etc.
Never needed them with correct balancing and grounding.
