What are you folks' picks for the most awe-inspiring DIY builds shared around here?

I'm guessing you mean impressive projects more than original. The purists won't agree with some of my choices cos they're clones rather than original designs...

A few tasty pieces that come to mind :

Dagoose's stepped switch mastering Sontec

Igor's original PIC controlled SSL compressor clone

The quality of Berbrue (I think!?)'s work in general - the guy with the racing green front panels

the Kubi D-AOC looked pretty special too as I recall.

There are loads!



 
Oh yeah Holger's stuff is amazing.
