G7 Grounding

Ok I have the PSU all wired up except for the ground wire. I have one from the IEC connector, one from Pin 1 on the end of pcb (middle hole out of the 5) one from pin 1 of xlr hooked to pin 1 of pcb. There is a tab that looks like a ground in addition to the 1, 2, 3, pins there. The power switch does not have a ground lug. I know it says it should be star grounded, and in the mic not the power supply but not exactly sure how.

1. Where do I hook the IEC ground to?

2. Should I hook up the extra lug in the XLR to ground?

3. Are there any others that I'm missing that should be hooked up as well, ie. power switch.
