Does anyone here know if these can be bought seperately or if something similar exists from other manufacturers to be bought? Seems like a neat way to increase op amp performance from what I've read.

The reason I ask for these regulators is that people report the Hypex amplifier modules with them fitted sound quite a bit better, and all those regulators do is provide power to the op amp before the actual amplifier. So I imagine this would be an easy was to improve the performance in a lot of gear by simply switching out standard regulators for the HxR ones, since many, especially the modern op amps seem to be quite sensitive to the quality of the power they get. But the regulators don't seem to be availible seperately...

You can buy these at Hypex webshop and they are of a very nice design of the genius Mr. Bruno Putzeysliving sounds said:Does anyone here know if these can be bought seperately or if something similar exists from other manufacturers to be bought? I changed to Joomla 3 and it's rather hopeless to have the same links due to the function "SEO" (Search Engine Optimization)Kingston said:looks like the sjöström links are outdated because the site has changed as bit over the years. start here: http://sjostromaudio.com/pages/
