U user 10827 Well-known member Joined Sep 21, 2007 Messages 786 Feb 8, 2012 #2 Hi Ward, well I've never had any problem engraving any type of aluminium, I use WD40 as a lubricant and its clean all the way. I guess if you are really worried, keep your feed slow and with lube the cutter fast.. Pete
