Can anybody recommend some potentiometers that needs a lot of force to operate? I need to find about 15 pieces, 100k lin.

They will be used along with those really large knobs found on fairman equipment, which creates a very high torque. Even pots that would normally be considered hard to operate, barely gives any counterforce when turning with these fellows.
 
Put a "washer-shaped" slice of felt (or similar fabric) between the knob and the front panel, and press knob inwards before fixing into place? This was the classic way of adding friction - e.g. on old Neumann modules..

The Penny and Giles RF11 series require a good amount of force to turn. I'm not sure if they make 100k, though?
