Detroit area GDIY meetup?

I've tried this some time ago, but I thought it might be worth trying again now that we have so many more people.

Is anyone in the Detroit area interested in a meetup? Maybe we could even make it a regular event.

I live in Port Huron, so I'd have 1.5 hour drive to your place. Any chance we could meet somewhere in the middle?
