ADR Audio Design Collet Knobs

Does anyone know where I can get Audio Design collet knobs black with yellow skirt and different colour tops?
They are on all the Audio Design rackmount gear compex, vocal stressor etc.

They are SIFAM knobs.

I'm not sure if they still make the assortment of colours. Ever since production moved to China their product range has narrowed.
