Looking for various mic parts.

I have the body tube and head grill for an apex 460 style mic.  Can anyone point me to a source for locating the frame, mounts, and bottom cap?  Or any clever DIY solutions?

How about a mount for a k47 style capsule?

Thanks for the help!

Peluso / Peluso dealers sell mounts. E.g. http://www.frontendaudio.com/Peluso-Saddle-Stem-for-Capsules-p/9999-05439.htm

Did you somehow buy a sleeve and a headbasket by themselves? You could look for a brass endcap from places that sell bar equipment, but  you may have trouble matching the metric sleeve with an English end cap, e.g.:

Rails, you could get creative. there are a lot of threads here. Long screws, somebody used some cabinet handles from IKEA as well.

Thanks, Blue Jinn,  for that end cap link. Looks good. and of course, Peluso. Though I will be tempted to  buy a capsule while I am at it....

Yep, I did buy just the sleeve and basket off ebay a few months ago.

Also, I remember seeing a picture on here of someone who stacked standoffs or something like that, with layers of perfboard. A clever idea, easily sourced.

also, never underestimate the power of zip ties. A couple long threaded rods can bind your end cap to head basket, with the tube sandwiched in between, and then zip tie your pcb through the mounting holes to the rod. Works great!
