Ua 175b test, operate, balancing procedure?

Hi guys,
I'm working on an original ua 175 b compressor.  Ive had to do basically a recap and some other things to it.  I think that is all good and I brought it up on a variac and things are seeming ok. 

My questions are:
- What is the correct procedure to balance the plate?

-What is the correct procedure to balance the cathode?

-What settings of the rotary switch (operate, test1, test2) do I use for what purpose?

Any help would be greatly appreciated cuz I feel stuck and cant find that good of info anywhere.

The best I could find is comparing against the Retro 176 calibration procedure.  I just dont want to assume that I can do it the same way.  This is not my 175b and I would like to make sure it stays healthy.    Thoughts guys?

You might have a look at the Drip Electronics 175b manual. I am not sure what's in there, but he stays pretty close to the original designs.
