I've put together a reamp box which is a build of the Jensen schematic

http://www.jensen-transformers.com/as/as092.pdf

I've 3 questions I'd like to ask :-

1) How would you connect to chassis ground as per the schematic?

2) How do you wire the impedance pot, and what would the output impedance be?

3) Any thoughts on improving the circuit for general line output to guitar amp/pedal usage

Much thanks

I've built and use NYD's version.

Connect ground to the chassis. Use isolated i.e. plastic telejacks (ala Marshall) for output. Do not connect output ground to chassis.

For volume I think I used a 1k Log pot and for impedance trim a 50k.
I seldom use the volume or the impedance pot at all i.e. full volume/zero ohm (straight wire) impedance so I think
you can just leave them out. well, volume can be good though....

Here's NYD's version: http://wiki.nimbleswitch.com/NewYorkDave_ReAmp_Box
