I've got a pair of White Instruments 4400 Graphic EQs, which are working fine, but I'd like to remove the Hi and Low Pass filters.
These units do sound nice, but even with the Hi and Low Pass turned all the way up and down, they take away some LF punch and Hi end detail. I'd like to use them for my studio monitoring, but they're just too far from neutral. I've measured them, and at 20Hz and 20 kHz the response is about 2.5 dB down. I hope that removing the Hi and Low Pass sections will help to flatten the response.
Anybody got the schematics?
