I found compelling evidence that the Sterling Audio ST77 and ST6050 are practically the same mic. There are only three differences berween them. One less cap, one cap of a different type but same value, and the A1015 PNP transistor on the ST77 is replaced with a SMT transistor on the ST6050 with no discrenable markings (scratched off from what I hear).
My question is: What suggestions do you guys have for upgrading the A1015 transistor? Thanks.

IIRC There was thread here about the microphones.

change the PNP transistor that is funny. 

I started a thread with adjustments to the n channel jfet pnp type circuit and guess people just don't understand what I was sharing.
