I don't think a Meta for PCB manufacturers or commercial prototypers is a good idea.
I can explain if anyone is interested.
... however a sticky of meta in the Black Market section may have merit.

I guess i can understand why. Maybe i can get a suggestion then.
I'd like to have thick PCB's manufactured. Maybe about 2mm thick like the boards you can buy from All Electronics Corp for DIY purposes. I need a couple 6"x10" and a couple 4"x6".
