P48 to P12 adapter

Hello,
I'd like to build this adapter for a U497 Neumann (K49 capsule in a U87 body, U89 like electronics).
I've found a P48 to T12 adapter (thanks to Rick Chinn), and modified it.
Could you please leave comments? For example, do I have to put bypass capacitors (film) with 100uF caps?
According to Neumann site, U497 consumption is about 6mA and 270 ohms is a good value for limiting current resistors.
Any idea will greatly appreciated.
