cnc pcb, or help with eagle file conversion

Hello, I have some files from eagle that a friend of mine made that I can no longer
get in touch with. I have tried to send them to board houses and they basically
say I need gerbers. one place started to convert them and then the language
barrier just got to thick. He did run some boards for me on a small cnc and
they worked great, (using mach3) So I need somebody that can either cnc
them or convert the eagle files to gerber. I watched youtube vids on how to
do it, and eagle kept saying the files did not exist after I created the job layers?

Why not just send them somewhere that accepts eagle files?
