Stellar cm-6 pinout

Hey guys, I need some help in determining the pinout on a Stellar Cm-6. I've figured out so far:

1 - bias
2 - ?
3 - ?
4 - ground
5 - audio -
6 - audio +
7 - ground

I don't know if pin 2 is the other bias or the heater. I'm still learning all of this and I don't know which one is which. I ordered a Gotham cable and they asked me what the pinout is and I didn't have a clue! Can someone smarter than me help?

It's a tube mic so you probably also have heater+, heater-/ground, B+, pattern

Not sure what you mean by bias?
