E-mu e6400 series sampler experts?!

I know this isn't the normal kind of question that gets asked on here, but here goes anyway...

I've recently acquired an E-mu e6400 Ultra from a friend. It seems to work perfectly except for one weird issue with the display.

Something funny happens with the menus on certain pages where the text becomes corrupted. It's not a problem with the screen itself because when you move to the next screen, the menu is displayed properly. Also, the problem never moves on the same screen. The same menus are always corrupted in the same way. It's running EOS 4.61 btw.

Anyone seen or heard of this problem before E-mu Gurus?

Are there AES/EBU XLR and Wordclock connectors on the rear of the unit ?

I ask this because the corrupted lines are for Digital Output Format and Word clock settings

On the second screen, mine displays the same line (my unit is E4XT ultra btw)

Generaly these lines are displayed as this because something is not enabled/installed

Thank you Keefaz!  This makes sense.  There is no AES / EBU option installed on this sampler.
