Does anyone know of a source of extruded aluminium stock, or complete enclosures similar to the GML power supply?

I need to build a few supplies, and I'd like to use a similar approach/size, but all I can find so far are always too small in one of the dimensions (usually about 50mm high or something).

Ask them if they have any ex-stock off-cuts. Can be economical. Only attempt if you know a good machinist.

Not exactly the same, but you can get similar units from Rapid:

Hope it's helpful.

The hammond 1455 or 1457 series come very close at hand, as they are  easily available. Here's a pic of a PSU I built recently. It was almost entirely made from leftover parts, so a few things are overdimensioned for its purpose.
