WANTED: Service/Repair for SPL TUBE VITALIZER MODEL 9530

The unit was working OK prior to shipping, but is now acting strange, like when meters are in the Input position, seams to work OK, but in the Output position, one channel drops and the other one switches from left to right, also when tube switch is engaged, the output drops by almost 60 db. A friend suggested a malfunction of some "logic" chip, but I need someone to check it thoroughly and repair it. The unit is in Hamburg, New Jersey.
