Hi all,

I have some original Marinair T1452 (like StIves L31267) iron, but they came in a pretty bad shape, some pins are broken and most all of the mounting screws are missing. I'm going to mount these in a preamp with an aluminum l-bracket and would like to screw them there at holes they have. Do you guys know which screws fit these transformers? If so, does anyone have any they could spare? I would paypal you for your trouble, of course.

Let me know,
B.

General Motors had their own weird thread for 1966 Buick spindles,

probably to keep people from using cheap nuts,

no thread gauge will fit that Buick spindle, not even a whitworth,

Ian may correct me but I believe they are 4BA with a thread that is not SAE or metric. Kinda like an imperial pint. Call PAD, Sonic Circuis or other Neeve chopper for a few
If they will stay in the pre you can also use a well oiled 4-40 tap and get enough thread to mount them. The threads are cut in brass
