Another summing mixer

I mentioned to Tim Farrant that I could use a summing mixer in the shop a few months ago, and he shared a schematic that he had previously tried to get going on GS.

Did it in the most basic form with a PCB layout by Majestic12 from this group and had a beta-test which checked out fine. Posting here to share the files with anyone who wants to self etch and try it out.
