The Chinese 45mm shock mount that you see with countless mics (e.g. Behringer B-2 Pro) is around 10 euros. Looks like this:

The 60 mm version a couple euros more (in my country that is; where are you located?).
Then there's the one that comes standard with the MXL990. Separately, it's about 25 euros.

Should work as long as the mic doesn't weigh a ton.
