Anyone know where is a good place to get these little beauties :

Available in 2/3/4/5 etc poles, Farnell/RS want a Euro each for the 2 pole !!
( though RS UK is 46pence ?? )

Would solve the dreaded "Molex" issue if found cheap enough, tin leads, insert, tighten screw and set
with some nail polish.

Sound too easy ? .... thoughts ?

I have seen them included in Kits from JLM for the Di etc, could it be worth ordering big numbers somewhere ?

Any thoughts much appreciated,
Marty.

Another opportunity might be something like these.
Using up to 4 or 5 pin connectors, the 0.04mm metric spacing difference might not matter much for a given pcb with pins on an inch grid.

They are similar but with the "push grip" connection, think I prefer screws to be honest.
They are only a few cents cheaper.
The 2.54mm is used on so many projects ( 0.1 inch ) that a big order makes sense.
Will contact them direct and see what is possible.

Screw terminal blocks like these cost even less in singles.

Harpo = GREAT :)
I was on the site but did not find any .... bad German search words I guess :0(
(Anschlussklemme 2pol 2,54mm)

That is cheap enough for me !!

Cheers,
Marty.
