Today routing finished, prototype PCB will be ordered tomorrow.
Tip: It has +/- 5V power rails.

Juhu, PCB has arrived. Now waiting for the components. Hopefully this time the chips are currently available from TI and Cirrus.

OK, components are here except the Cirrus stuff.
Anyway I can start soldering this weekend and start playing around with the some control stuff, will need some SPI programming.

The analog part is done, see the picture. Any idea what it will be?  ;)

It is two channel portable micromophone preamplifier. I still hope its the ADAT interface for your ADDA boards but seems like its not :)

Well then I have two good news for you:

1) Yes it is a mic amp based on PGA2500 coupled to an ADC.

2) The ADAT-interface is already done. I'm still designing the mainboard, that works together with the ADAT interface. I hope I can show you the mainboard this summer.  :)

Because the mainboard should also carry the microphone module I did this first to make sure.

Nice one! I am messing around with this IC for a while now.
Would you please be so kind to share your analogue section?
Mine is straight according TI's Datasheet. Interested in seeing your's.

Best,
Carsten

Mine, too. But after the PGA2500 I'm using a FDA for driving and filtering the ADC input. There is also some gain settings to extend the gain range of the PGA2500, 77dB in 0.5dB steps.
Do you have trouble with the front end circuit of TI?

That's fantastic news! How will the Mic pres be controlled? Any plans for a remote option?

Thanks for your work.
