Would this work to pass phantom power through a transformer?

Two 6.8k resistors in series connected in parallel with the primary.

Two 6.8k resistors in series connected in parallel with the secondary (same transformer).

A direct connection is made from the junction of the resistors across the secondary to the junction of the two resistors across the primary.

I don't think it would be "qualified" phantom power this way - too much series resistance.

The "proper" way to do this is probably to connect a center tap on primary winding to a center tap on secondary winding..
