Working; sounds awesome; sold.

Wow, incredible! First I thought you were "exploring" some big manufacturer's gear. Then I saw the front panel with your initials on it.

PS:
Check out those film big caps next to the tubes. :thumb:

do you accept MasterCard?
Why not :)
Passive or active mix buss?
Stereo aux busses are opa2604 active,
master (l-r) passive (buss resistors-trafo-tubmakeup).
Motherboard have option for switching (i.e. buss assigning)
thru top raw relays(not installed here)
to active/passive summing option;
master bus impedance constant
while muting(mute relays are bottom raw).
Input channels in this unit: 2x 2141 bal.line rcvr; op275 fdr booster.
Tested some channels on ina2134/opa2604, not bad too :)
BTW, 604's are rules as unity gain follovers for crm (ouput
buffer) -990's and millenia's sounds more "dirty"...

Igor...thats too good - congratz :thumb:

Can you explain how the fader booster part works? I'm wanting to use those INA134 chips for the input rcvs on the mixer I'm reworking as theyre so simple to use...

Let's take case of this mixer.
You put bal. audio sig. to say 2141 then go to pre-fader aux pot
and from same point to fader; now, you want some level after "0"
in fader and post-fader aux; in passive terms it is not very possible
due to leakage stuff (impedanse after fader is not 0 ohms) and level falls at fader's "0" point ; then you boost after fader with usual opamp
connected as non-inv amp gain 6-10 db (this is yout "in-hand-gain),
than you go to anpot and after papot to mute circuit and then buss resistors....classic and simple;
sound qality is good designed pcb's, clean enuff power supply and good parts...

Yes, some years ago I was recording music... and this was my work :)
Now, I spent more time with iron solder... this became more work
than hobby.
