D-AOC spec'd pwr transformer --USA only

For some reason I had some of these made for whenever and if ever I get to building that:

120v: 250v/100mA, 9v/2.5A, 24V/500mA ---50Hz :-[--- (I forgot to specify....)

US$40.00 pp USPS Priority.

I have three extra.

I also have a bag of about 40 1uF/600v capacitors. I could probably stuff in one of those priority envelopes, so US$10.00?

I have not started to build mine and didn't read a lot about it. Is it the dedicated power supply ? Is it 125/250V (I will go live in europe in a couple a years and want to be sure that i could use every Transformateur in both US and europe.

They are only 120vac primary, sorry.
