Thank you very much, it works pretty well.
With the original pot I had 7dB of range, by removing R14 and switching R15 to a 10k pot I now have 33dB of range.
I also measured the gain of this preamp, with an input of 50mV I get 10V in the output, so t should be 46dB of gain.
I measured all the electrolytic capacitors and of course they are all far away from original values, I'll change them asap.
I'll also add 48V in the future and connect all the 5 preamps I got.
