studio building 44m2 - one room/two rooms?

Looks great! I go back and forth from one room / isolated room situation and have love/hate for all of the options.

I find it's easy enough to deal with most issues acoustics and otherwise and still have a very good and consistent end product.

In all cases - I find more room and space is better. Even more important than any specific acoustic fix implementations.

If you can make an RFZ for mixing and add some absorption and gobo's for recording/tracking/overdubs I really don't think there is any problem with recording in the same room. and the benefit of more space always seems to work better for me. How much real useable space do you really lose on each side of the wall when you add a partition wall?
