Hi all,
I have on project 2x drip's opto 6.
I fought all cases ugly, so i obtained 2 very nice enclosure, with the real front of la2a (hinge, ears). The problem is, wow ! wtf why drip makes their pcbs so big...maybe to justify the price, but honestly, it is a mess...
So i will cut 1 recangle on both sides of each enclosures, and have to add some metal to close the whole thing...

I bought 2 small cases on modushop, thinking of cuting them in 2 parts (1/2 box)and cover the rectangle holes with this. But it is difficult to make a "clean" work using this method...

So i think about something like this with
X: 220 / Y:80 / Z: 20mm

What do you think ? Do you know somebody who can provide this ?

Thank you

Hugo

Something similar to that should be done by a metalshop cheaply...

Maybe not as nice, but with a metal sheet bender it shouldn't be hard to do something functional.

Ok, do you have any good and cheap metalshop in your contacts ?

thanks

I know a few local metalshops here in Madrid, shipping cost will kill the deal.

Google around your zone, I'm sure there are metalshops around Paris.
