Hi,
I received a chorus effect unit that had the connections and female original Jack to Output B missing.
the unit is an Yamaha DSC-20M, both outputs are unbalanced.

I would like to connect the Output B, I was able to find a picture on the internet of the wiring of a stock unit, unfortunately I can't find the schematic anywhere, so the picture is all I have.

I don't have this particular jack (the one in the photo) or similar so I can't be certain on the connections.
Your help would be appreciated.

I know that the Black wire is ground, so that goes to sleeve.
How about the Red and White wires?

Would make sense to assume by looking to that jack that theres a switch between the Tip and the red wire tab?
White wire would be the signal (Tip) and when the jack is inserted it cuts the connection between the Red and White?

What to you think?
Maybe someone has the same jack in the drawer and can check it's switching and connections
Thanks

I was still not able to find info on this Jack.
By the pictures I guess White is Signal (tip) and Black is ground (Sleeve)

Then I don't know what happens to Red wire when a male Jack is inserted, does it break a connection? does is makes a connection?
with Tip or with sleeve?

I've got a bin of old Yamaha jacks at work might have one.  I can check for one today

Hello Dax,
I really would love to fix this pedal and I still was not able to get the same jack.

Can you check if you have those jacks at work?

Thank you so much

Hi Whoops

Found something similar (probably old Dynacord) in my Jack-Drawer

White is Tip , red shorts to white and breaks when a Jack is inserted .
They usually always only break .
Oh , yes , and red doesn´t connect to GND when Jack is inserted
