Built some bass traps today

I made some "superchunk" bass traps today.  I have 10' ceilings, so I made two 5' tall traps per corner.  30 pieces of 2" Owens Corning 703 in each 5' wedge (4 "pieces" per 2x4 panel).  I'm happy with them!  I haven't done any testing other than turning on some really loud hip-hop and walking in to the two treated corners vs the untreated corners.  The bass is substantially quieter in those areas.  Very happy! Pardon the mess, I am moving things around...and yes, my lab and control room are the same room lol.

make those panels on the back wall into a space invader...

Totally-they remind me of that too.  I just have to post an updated pic with things a little more cleaned up....
