I have 8 Quad Eight MM71 modules that I plan to rack into 4 stereo pres. Will this require CA127/137 cards as well? Or additional transformers for the inputs? Or will the channel modules themselves (+ power obviously) be enough? Thanks!

no.
the amplifier marked "A3" can drive a line or your a2d, though unbalanced.
Or additional transformers for the inputs?

the line input is 600 ohms, unbalanced.
an appropriate input transformer would be prudent.

To clarify, I'd like to make them into mic pres, with line output of course. Thanks for the help!
