Push-button cap extender

Can someone please tell me what this pushbutton/cap "extender" called?

I've been looking for something similar but don't know the correct name of these.

I've seen crude extenders done with shrink tubing to attach some square stock to the switch post. Probably not lifetime warranty but good enough for crude diy.

Interesting. I'd thought they exist off the self.

I'm pretty sure some years back I saw a rather long "extender" where the mains switch (push-button) was further back (next to the power transformer) and the push-button cap was at the front of the panel.

But then again, I don't even know what these guys are called...
