Hi all,

I'm currently revising an old Revox A77 mk3 reel to reel tape recorder and I need to replace two shorted diodes. According to the manual specs are:

- D121 Si-diode PAB212 50V - 200mA - 70°
- D124 Si-diode BA127 50V - 100mA - 70°

Anyone knows what contemporary diodes I can use to replace the old ones?

Thanks!

They are in the relay-based transport logic.
It's 27V and the current is the relay current, so a few 100mA max. Some of these are used as transient suppressors, so a rating of at least 100V seems to be adequate.
