Vintage Neve 1073 switch cap

Hello everyone, I got a vintage Neve 1073 module and the switch caps (the white ones with inscription "EQL" and "PHASE") are missing...
Anyone know any source in the net? I tried everything, contacted everybody and has no success

Have you tried Geoff at Aurora Audio. Like me he is ex Neve and if he does not know where to find them then nobody does.
