Hey everyone,

First post on here and excited to join the community!

So I'm wondering if anyone would have any pointers for a Hairball Audio Elements Copper mic pre I just built. Everything works well and it sounds great but there is a slight hum when I turn the output up. It almost sounds like a grounding issue, but it happens on both the DI and Mic setting and is directly tied to the overall output. When the gain or output is turned all the way down, it disappears.  It's pretty quiet overall relative to an instrument or mic, but still there. It's also a bit lower  of a frequency than a 60 cycle hum that a guitar amp would have.

Any help or thoughts of where to start diagnosing would be much appreciated.

Thanks!
