Are you using big toggle switches? They look rather large compared to the TRS socket on the front panel.

Yes, the low shelf is, indeed, a low shelf with three positions (flat, -3db at 150Hz, -6db at 150Hz). It's not a HP filter.
I am using large toggle switches. As this is a point-to-point design, the extra size helps me fit all the components in.

Nice design! Elegantly done, I'm a sucker for good mockup. No obvious alignment issues or typos or anything that I can see (on a phone screen at least).
Will you be screen printing to get the different colours on the panel?

Yeah. The blue will be powder coat while black, beige, and white will be screen printed.
What do you all think about "Inst" vs "Hi-Z" label for the 1/4"?

"Off" means "Off" = no sound.
I would use a different font. This one looks too typewriter-ish.
Bebas Neue (free) would be my choice for vintage style front panels. It looks like font from Pultec gear, and other gear from that era.

I prefer that you have "Gain" under the control.
I like the font you've used. I would use a different font for your name/brand.
For the shelf control, you need to identify what each switch position does.
