hey there,
i have a compex here for service and the pots are so dirty that i decided to change them out rather than cleaning them.
three of them are 16mm and two are 20mm. they are old radiohms type. which is now made by omeg in the uk.
now im wondering if the 20mm ones are in there for a reason (they do expander release and range). anyone know if they need to handle more power and therefore need the higher rating? the 16mm are rated 0.25W and the 20mm ones are 0.4W.
but when using the log versions (and they are) the 16mm are only rated to 0.1W. will this be enough for the circuit?
cheers
