WTB: Neve 3 series/33 series Modules (i.e. 3114/33114, 3115/33115, 3117, etc.)

I have a rack that I'm looking to fill up a couple modules at a time. The 3114/33114 and 3115/33115 seem to be the most common, but I believe 3117/33117 and 3119/33119 also exist and would work. I'm not sure about 3116/33116 or 3118/33118. I'm looking for the fully discrete modules. I've heard that there are a few that have IC's, and those won't work with my PSU.

Just a clarification, the 33114, and 33115 both use 438 and 440 amp cards which are all discrete OR 638/640 cards which have ICs.  They all run on a single +24v rail and perform identically when in proper working order.  You can mix and match the 4 and 6 series amp cards in a single module and you will likely never hear a difference.  There are over 40 of these modules at the studio here between the console and outboard racks, and nobody worries about which ones have which amps.
