All the big distributors are doing this. RS and Farnell and Digikey all have similar offerings.

I did, very much like multisim, only missing a few things, been a while but I remember missing some instruments emulators, only the PC based ones available, not the real things emulations.
I was using altium mostly at the time so I don't know about the PCB and such, only used it for fast sims... Very useful!
