Slider pot knobs

I have a couple of projects that need knobs for slider pots. I have a set of new sliders for a UREI 530, Bourns PTA4543-2215DPB202, and the original knobs don't fit

I'd be quite happy with a set of plastic tubular slip-on covers like a Lexicon PrimeTime or an ARP Sequencer but, predictably, I haven't found any yet

How about from Bourns themselves?
They should have fader caps for their own faders
