Hi guys need advice...

Is it G7 PSU good for Elam 250(CT12 Campbell capsule) circuit!?

If it gives you the 120VDC and the 6.3VDC (or less, if you want), both cleanly (ie. ripple-free) enough, any power supply is good, imho
