Hello everyone.
I need a rotary encoder track / index replacement for a cd player EMT 982 because the shaft is broken and it does not work. It is from the sansei brand and has written e009 and 4k53.
Can anybody help me?

That's a tough one. Maybe post some pictures here . It may help someone better figure something out for you. The Alpha  ec1030 may be something to look at but, that's a wild guess at best. From what I can tell, the 009 you mentioned  is the shaft/shape,dimension code for that Sansei.....

Take all of this with a grain of salt, I'm just thinking out loud. Hopefully someone with knowledge can help..

I have also seen that the power switch fails.
