Hi Folks,
I'd like to build an EQ for tracking and mixing. I've been reading up and settled on either the W492 or the Helios69.
A while back I bought the boards for the W492 but I'm unclear as to whether some of the parts are available, specifically the pots - on the build thread there's some posts saying these are hard to get. Is that right? Anyone know where can I get them?
Otherwise, I'm leaning towards the Helios69. Just wondering whether any of its components will prove hard to get, mainly the inductors? Audio Maintenance is the only source for these, right?
I'm in Melbourne, Aus. so I doubt there's anyone local who'll have these harder-to-get components so I'll have to order them from OS (== expensive!).
