Pultec filter with germanium saturation

So I'm thinking of doing a passive pultec section minus low and low cut sections but would like to place a germanium saturation section between the hi and hi cut bands in order to emphasize the hi going into the germanium saturation section, then deemphasize the hi end back after the saturation.  The filter section would go a direct box transformer then feed a mic preamp.  Did I lay it out correctly? 
Any thoughts?

Here is the schematic

In the Pultec EQ the hi boost and hi cut operate on different arms of the same potential divider so you cannot place a stage 'between' them.
