Most of those specs are 10% or 20% parts usually. You could try a slightly higher or lower value, then test it to see what it actually is. You might even get close with the “wrong” value capacitor.madreza said:

If you mean the 220pF between the collector and base of the first transistor of the output stage then its value is not critical. 200pF or 240pF should be fine.
