Polar pattern symbols in .plt format

Hey folks,

title says it all.
I'm searching polar pattern symbols in .plt format. I got the three main ones (omni, cardioid, fig. 8) but I'm also searching for the intermediate ones (hyper cardioid and sub cardioid). 
Does anyone have these?
I tried to do them myself some time ago with corel draw but ended up with plt files which were way to detailed -> expensive...
No I don't have corel draw anymore and would be really thankful if someone had these.

Would you mind telling me with what program you did it?

Inkscape is the most popular free vector graphics drawing program. Not necessarily the best but for this purpose I'm not sure it would matter. I have found that it is sometimes necessary to flatten everything into one layer before saving as dxf. It does save as plt as well but I have never used it. Some converters are better than others (and all are not terribly good, it can take some trial and error to get things to export without getting splined).
