Does anyone have any experience with any cheap/free tools for boundary scan or other low-to-mid-volume production test capabilities?
I've come across a couple projects like http://www.gojtag.com/ or http://openocd.org/, but those type of things seem to be somewhat of an in-process work.
Maybe there are some lower-cost commercial tools that are worth a look, but it's hard to get a gauge on what's out there.
No particular project in mind at the moment - I'm just pondering production test capabilities for smaller volume for things I may do myself or recommend on contract for others.
